Meller Brand ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

1. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is included on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Our quality team inspects each item before dispatch to ensure it meets Meller Brand standards.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, your order will arrive within 5 to 12 business days via our shipping partners. This timeframe applies to deliveries within the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent via email once your order ships. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

5. Customs and Duties

Customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by Meller Brand. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. In the rare event that any unexpected fee is charged during transit, forward the receipt to support@mellerbrandeu.com and we will reimburse you in full.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact support@mellerbrandeu.com with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
