At Meller Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, without providing any reason. This policy applies to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. For EU and UK consumers, this exceeds the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Free Returns

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@mellerbrandeu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with detailed return instructions within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 4 to 8 business days.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. 30-Day Warranty

Every Meller Brand product is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears within this period, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear. Statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.
